VH-770M GMDSS VHF Handheld Radio has been certified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. Type Approval Certificate No. 12.04424.315 dated 14.12.2012.

VH-770M – is a two-way VHF handheld radio intended for use onboard marine vessels and other facilities as a part of emergency radio equipment.

VH-770M features 19 simplex VHF channels assigned to international maritime communication. The frequency rate of those channels is 156.300MHz ~ 156.875MHz.

VH-770M can be used as a simple VHF radio or upgraded to receive all international ITU channels.

VH-770M is developed in accordance with IMO Resolutions ITU A.694 (17), ITU MSC.149(77).

Key features:

  • Slim and lightweight. Easy to use even for a first-time user and can be operated in gloves;
  • Waterproof at 1m depth for at least 5 minutes; oil and seawater resistant;
  • Primary battery provides 8 hours of continuous working time with a 1:9 Rx/Tx ratio and service life of at least 4 years;

  • Easy-to-see orange body can be traced even in low light conditions;
