On the “International Maritime Defence Show 2017” held from 28 June to 2 July, “Marine Technics” Company presented marine equipment of own production: MT gensets and marine pumps as well as projects of already built and future vessels created by our Design Bureau.  Moreover, on the stand of our company visitors could get acquainted with Eliche Radice equipment – manufacturer of marine propellers and shafts, long-term and reliable MT partner.

For the first time we introduced mutual production between Marine Technics and Azcue Pumps (Spain). MT-AZCUE pumps are manufactured in Saint Petersburg, and each item is tested on own benches. Exclusively for IMDS visitors we presented marine self-priming screw and vertical in-line centrifugal MT-AZCUE pumps.

Viktor Makarzin, head of production department, said: ‘On the show we presented the equipment which we produce and locate in Russia. It certainly excited the interest of the media, customers and even competitors. We have received positive feedbacks on gensets and several agreements with some organisations regarding genset application on navy projects were reached. We are ready to offer customized solutions of objectives within large equipment complex. Our pumping equipment interested design companies because we offer all range of marine pumps with the possibility to choose precise technical features of the pumps and pumped media. Moreover, specialists from Azcue Pumps attended our stand and met the representatives of all large shipbuilding plants and design bureaus during the exhibition.’

Radio and navigation equipment supplied by “Marine Technics” also was followed with a keen interest. ‘During the Show Radio electronics Department held 12 important meetings and negotiations with dealers, suppliers, ship owners and manufacturers of navigation equipment. We have reached new agreements and updated old ones for cooperation and promotion of equipment on the Russian market. The exhibition helped to define prospective directions in navigation, to consider customer’s wishes in developing new, up-to-date devices to be launched by the company in 2018,’ said Vladimir Kuznetsov, head of sales department (radio and navigation equipment).

“Marine Technics” solves a full range of numerous tasks in shipbuilding: from idea (design) to implementation (production and service). Note that every direction represented by the company attracted many IMDS visitors.
