Certification of Koden radars

In April representative of the Russian Sea Register of navigation Mr. Shvajba and Director of Electronics department Oleg Reznikov visited Japan for certification of Koden Electronics radar series MDC-2900P.
Russian Maritime Register of Shipping also have examined production of Saura Keiki Seisakusho, the manufacturer of magnetic compasses since 1915.

Receiving of the Type approval certificates from Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, and also certificates of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation is expected to happen in the nearest future. These documents will allow “Marine Technics” to increase deliveries of a new radar and magnetic compasses to the vessels which are under the supervision of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
