PETER TABOADA seawater desalination system

Operation principle:

Water flow passes under pressure through the semipermeable membrane with pore size less 10 nm that allows water molecules to pass through, but blocks ions and admixture molecules. As a result, water flow is separated into two parts: one part of water (permeate) has almost been completely desalinated and can be used, and the other part which contains salt (concentrate) is discharged into sewage facilities. Concentrate partially fed to the reverse osmosis system inlet can be used to increase the permeate percentage.

Application: passenger and technical fleet, transport vessels.

Since 2009 Marine Technics Group (MT-Group, OOO) has been an exclusive representative of Peter Taboadа in Russia, CIS and Baltic states.

PETER TABOADA desalinators is approved by classification societies.

Advantages

  • Highly reliable systems: seawater desalination systems are designed to resist the hardest operation conditions in marine and industrial environments.
  • Durability: manufactured in stainless steel and allows to produce water complying with the highest quality standards and extent service life of the equipment.
  • Compact design: design modularity and easy maintenance.
  • Automation: fully-automated and easy-to-operate system.
  • Increasable water production system: PETSEA RO systems can be equipped with pumps and hydraulic equipment allowing to fit additional membranes to increase water production without decreasing operational system features.
  • Heat energy is not required.
  • Units can be designed according to the customer specifications.

Engineers of Marine Technics carry out engineering design (with Register approval), commissioning start-up works and service maintenance.
