OJSC “Yaroslavsky shipyard” launched a motor boat WB22MT-1 built by project of “Marine Technics” Group

On 7 August, at 15:00 ice class work motor boat with functions of pilot boat, project WB22MT-1, was launched during solemn ceremony

 The WB22MT-1 was built by  the order of FSUE “Rosmorport”. The boat was designed by the Design Bureau of “Marine Technics” Group, St. Petersburg.

The project WB22MT-1 is a modification of a boat that has already built and has successfully proved itself during Olympic games in Sochi.

Motor boat WB22MT-1 (work boat of ice class with functions of pilot boat) is intended for the following tasks:

Survey of  navigation waterway condition:

• transfer of commisions delivery fees, crew members and their families
• delivery of supplies with weight up to 0.5 tonnes
• inspection and ecological monitoring of water areas
• participation in saving operations
• other tasks corresponding to the options of the vessel
• if necessary – delivery and removal of pilots from ships and  pilot convoy on waterways

 Class of vessel: KM Ise R3-RSN Aut 3.
