Cooperation agreement with “Sevgiprorybflot”

On 26th of March 2014 “MT-Group” and LLC “Sevgiprorybflot” signed an agreement on cooperation in deliveries of marine power and environmental equipment.

LLC “Sevgiprorybflot” is the project company specializing in servicing, modernization and conversion of civil ships. LLC “Sevgiprorybflot” traces its history to the Murmansk branch of the State Design Institute of the fishing fleet (Giprorybflot), established in April 1957 and “Sevryba” established in April 1967. Since 2008 the company is part of the Norwegian group “Bergen Group”.

According to the agreement the companies will provide each other consulting and information services. Joint participation in projects of modernization and restoration of the fishing fleet in the framework of the program “Modernization of the Russian fleet” is also planned.
