Motortech ignition system MIC4 for JAMZ-7514

“MT-Group” and LLC “MAKANTA” have developed a solution of ignition system for the engine JAMZ-7514, 200 kW, based on microprocessor controller MIC4, producer – Motortech (Germany).

High ignition energy, accurate spark moment control and versatile online diagnostics help to improve engine performance, to extend the life of plugs and allow the equipment to meet the most strict environmental requirements. The control unit includes a function of the individual computer programming. Even more fine tuning is performed with the built-in keyboard. The built-in software is easily upgradeable with SD-card.

An option of delivery of ignition system with PowerView3 display, which displays all the data, is also possible.

Thus the access to specific information, such as the voltage of each cylinder (kV) and the definition of primary and secondary failures of ignition, is possible at any time.

MIC4 controller opens a new generation of high-performance ignition control systems. The main differences are:

• ability to program via USB-port;
• terminal program runs on WINDOWS;
• complete diagnostics with dynamic data for troubleshooting;
• communication interfaces modBus, RTU and CAN Bus.

As for the gas engine, now the main task is to provide reliability and efficiency. With the introduction of the Motortech system based on MIC4 the following benefits can be achieved:
