On Sunday 21 April in chief cabin of sailing vessel “Mir” a seminar “Innovative shipbuilding in Russia” was held. In the seminar took part representatives of marine institutes of higher education, members of marine council, press, shipbuilding company ESKO. MT-Group was represented by director of “MT-MAN” department Ruslan Sadykov and project manager Gennady Pashinin.

Problems of modern shipbuilding and ways of their solutions were the main topic at the seminar. First of all necessity of building of educational fleet and reconstruction of fishing fleet were discussed.

As the result of the seminar a workgroup was established aimed to work out complex solutions – design, organizational and methodical. Its work will result in a widened conference with participation of direction of Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping and representatives of Transportation Ministry of Russian Federation, aimed to work out instructions for building educational manufacturing vessels.

Gennady Pashinin became representative of “Marine Technics” Group in the workgroup.
