KODEN promotion in Kaliningrad and Rostov-on-Don

In June, Toyama Masahiro, representative of KODEN Electronics Co., Ltd. (Japan) visited Russia. The visit was aimed to promote the brand in Kaliningrad and Rostov-on-Don. For a long time Marine Technics Group has been exclusively representing the trademark on the territory of Russia where KODEN radars are especially demanded, namely: MDC-7912P, MDC-5240, MDC-2041.

The representative together with Vladimir Kuznetsov, head of sales (Marine Electronics department) negotiated in Kaliningrad with local fishing companies FOR GROUP and VESTRYBFLOT, representatives from shipping and management companies HAV-Shipmanagment, MORE-SERVICE LTD, ALGA SHIPPING LTD and MT regional partners: Port-Service and Stiltas.

On the base of Port-Service, Toyama Masahiro held a seminar for local companies by introducing modern and innovative navigational equipment KODEN and advantages of its use.

Separately it is to note the meeting with the representatives of Kaliningrad State Technical University on the four-masted barque Kruzenshtern where cadets are taught. Possible cooperation models and methods to improve training process within the University and on the sailing boat by using KODEN equipment were discussed within the event.


In Rostov-on-Don Toyama Masahiro together with the members from MT-Group, namely. Dmitry Romanov, head of Marine Electronics department, and Vladimir Kuznetsov, head of sales in Marine Electronics department, held a range of meetings with the largest regional shipping companies: ASTON ENTERPRISE, Marine Agency Ug Rusi, Donmaster, Donrechflot, Volgodon, Linter and Rosewood Shipping as well as with partners and dealers of MT Donradioservice, Dontekhcenter and Nobel.

Toyama Masahiro for the first time visited Kaliningrad and Rostov-on-Don, got acquainted with the customers, estimated development perspectives of the region and highlighted Marine Technics efforts in promoting KODEN equipment.
