Onezhsky Shipyard completed trials of 02780M-series craft “Krutoyar”.

On August 5, 2016 Onezhsky shipbuilding ship repair yard completed sea trials of “Krutoyar”, an ice-class buoy tender.

The acceptance commission verified operating condition of onboard equipment as well as performance features, operation of automation, navigation and communication devices.

As soon as minor deficiencies are corrected the ship will be handed over to the North-West Basin Branch of FSUE “Rosmorport”.

As we have already mentioned the ice-class vessel was launched on April 27, 2016. Krutoyar is the first in a series of two buoy tenders of project 02780M constructed at Onezhsky Shipyard for the FSUE “Rosmorport”.

The vessel project was developed by the Design Bureau of Marine Technics and the share of equipment delivered by our company exceeds 95 %.

“Krutoyar” is designed for maintenance of navigational aids (ATON) to ensure safety of shipping in the waters of the country’s seaports.
