Marine Technics took part into the conference “Special and auxiliary fleet”.
The conference “Special and auxiliary fleet: New Construction, Modernization, Renovation” took place in Saint-Petersburg on 6th October, 2016, within the 5th International Conference and 13th International Exhibition on Russian Ports and Shipping “TRANSTEC-2016”.
During the conference the following issues were discussed:
- foresight in shipbuilding. Forecasting needs in certain types of vessels;
- approach of “USC” AO to special fleet creation;
- estimation by FBI “Marine Rescue Service of Rosmorrechflot” of needs in vessels, opportunities in replenishment and fleet modernization at the Russian shipyards;
- development of auxiliary, port and technical fleet in RS class (RMRS);
- modular approach to the construction and renovation of auxiliary, port and technical fleet;
- innovative solutions and product range in offshore equipment;
- IMO operation for safe transportation of technical staff;
- Russian automatisation systems for technical fleet, etc.
