Modular ecological stations – oily water separating stations in 10/20 foot marine containers

Today special attention is paid to environmental issues on sea and river waterways. “Marine Technics” Group, being an exclusive representative of RWO in Russia and CIS , pays special attention to finding technical solutions in water treatment for Shipowners.

One of the directions of our work is designing and finding optimal solutions for the Shipowners in oily water cleaning.

We present a new product – oily bilge water separating modular ecological stations.
Modular stations RWO SKIT / S-DEB provide the necessary degree of purification (5mg/l). The advantage of this solution is the ability to treat oily water on collector ships, wherever they are, without equipping each of them with stationary plants. First of all it reduces the cost of fleet modernization.

Modular ecological stations can be applied on any barge, even without shore power. There is no need to delay the tug to provide the station with electricity. For this purpose splash proof portable diesel generators are supplied.

The only requirement to a collection vessel is free space at the desk for installation of the container with a certified cleaning equipment.

Performance:
Oily (bilge) water separation from 100 l/h up to 10 cubic meters/day.

Modular stations are individually designed upon the requirements of the customer – in terms of performance and dimensions.
