The biggest centrifugal water pump with MAN diesel drive

Today, on 29th of December, at OAO “Livgidromash” plant in the presence of the end customer acceptance testing of the centrifugal water pump based on MAN engine was carried out.

Pumping unit 1D 1250/125 has successfully passed all tests and have reached operating characteristics declared by the manufacturer. This pumping unit can be rightly called one of the biggest pump units based on MAN engines, because diesel engine MAN D2842 LE213 was used as the base engine, with output power 702 kW at 1500 rpm.
