MAN gas engine as the base for the first serial power plant.

MAN gas engine E2842 E312 has been shipped from the stock in Saint-Petersburg. The unit will be the base for the first serial power plant on the basis of MAN engines for consumers of SME as well as houses and cottages.

Aim of the programme is to produce about 100 gas-fueled reciprocating power plants with 35 to 240 kW which will be available for wider community and enterprises. It shall be possible to supply power for houses, workshops, warehouses or offices for a long time. Moreover, the efficiency even of the smallest power plants will be increased due to the heat module.

Sales are planned for 2017 and will be carried out via dealer networks in Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and countries of the Near East.

Industrial department of MT-Group creates solutions on the basis of MAN industrial gas and diesel engines (Germany), gensets and cogeneration plants for oil and gas industry, emergency power supply for social objects (hospitals, sanatoria, kindergartens, etc.), continuous power supply for remote regions, construction of mini-CHP and boiler houses, manufacturing of mobile power plants and for other industrial sectors.
