Exclusive partnership with Libra Plast AS.

On 13 February “Marine Technics” signed an exclusive partnership agreement with a Norwegian company Libra Plast AS, leading European manufacturer of marine doors and hatches.

Signing of the agreement became the result of joint fruitful work over series of six pilot boats, ST23WIM project (Ship owner – FSUE “Rosmorport”) which has been led since 2016.

It is to note that the project of ships ST23WIM were developed by our Design Bureau  and the share of equipment supplied by our company exceeds 95% and includes main engines, gensets, reverse gearboxes, thrusters,  steering gears and autopilot, set of anchor and mooring equipment, emergency rescue and fire-fighting devices, set of valves, pumps, firefighting system for ER, etc.

The first crafts of this project (ice-class workboats “Spolokhee” and “Bata”) have successfully passed commissioning start-up works and mooring trials on Onego Shipyard in Petrozavodsk. The ships were presented to the customer and the Register. On the third vessel, building No. 103, “Marine Technics” has started commissioning start-up works.
