MAN engines are certified by Russian River Register (RRR)

Due to collaboration of CJSC “Company “Marine Technics” and Concern MAN, MAN engines Series D2842LE (LE405, LE4012, LE429 and LE410) have received RRR Certificates of typified product approval and Type Approval Certificate (Certificate of conformity for technical regulations about point security of inland water transport).

A great work for agreement of technical documentation for engines in RRR was carried out through preparations to the certification. At the end of June on MAN factory in Germany an inspector of RRR realized the inspection of production and acceptance of lead engine samples. Isaev D. and Makariev E. as representatives of “Marine Technics” took part in the certification.

This autumn we are expecting more certificates for other MAN engine series.
