Anti-crisis power
- 2015 год
In January 2015 in Kazan on the subject “Pestretsy Arena” a regular meeting was held between the representatives and technical specialists of MAN, “Diesel” Group and “MT-Group” .
MT-Group” and MAN central service station in Russia continue to work in the direction of anti-crisis power production.
At the Russian market of own generation domestic manufacturers of CHP units are lacking. In this segment our country is totally dependent on imported products. Almost all CHP units are entirely imported from abroad, for example Caterpillar (USA), FG Willson (England), Cummins (USA), which jeopardizes the implementation of small-scale energy projects.
“MT-Group”, being an importer and central service station of MAN in Russia, started working in this direction together with “Diesel” Group (Yaroslavl) in 2012. Initially European experience was borrowed, as European standards may be more progressive. But delivery of equipment to regulatory agencies is not always easy, because the object is checked against the Russian GOST. This led to the fact that over time the design changes were made to adapt the CHP units for the Russian market upon the requirements of Russian GOST and localize production – but only in those places where it is appropriate.
What has been done during this time:
- the entire design and working documentation was approved by MAN;
- all components used for the production of a CHP unit were approved by MAN;
- maintenance interval was adapted for the Russian market;
- the first objects were built and launched;
- all parameters specified by the manufacturer MAN were reached without deviations;
- all objects are carefully checked by experts from the MAN plant while working in normal mode.
As a result, in 2014 a new brand appeared on the market of small power – “Gas Machines”, which has a number of significant advantages in comparison with imported CHP:
open service policy reduces the cost of maintenance and ownership of CHP unit to a minimum, you do not get addicted to “service needle”;
dependence on foreign manufacturers is significantly reduced;
fully complies with Russian GOST;
significant reduction of product cost without damaging quality.
In January 2015 in Kazan on the subject “Pestretsy Arena” a regular meeting was held between the representatives and technical specialists of MAN, “Diesel” Group and “MT-Group” in order to verify the quality of the CHP unit and to confirm the status of official partnership with MAN.
MAN experts were in Kazan from 26 to 29 January, two working days they devoted to a thorough check of all systems of CHP based on gas engine MAN E2842 E312. By that time the CHP has operated more than 2,000 hours. No shortcomings of the project, in the construction and operation of power plants have been found. “Diesel” Group receive the status of an official partner of MAN.
At the beginning of 2015 “Gas Machines” can be rightfully considered the best alternative to imported CHP units.
Now the mini-CHP is operating normally in parallel with the network, with the prohibition of extradition of electricity to the city network.
Electrical power: 240 kW;
Thermal power: 365 kW;
