Engines for GenSet

MAN marine engines (RMRS and RRRS) are optimal solution for regular and economic power supply for ships.

Famous manufacturers of marine power plants, emergency and auxiliary generating sets choose MAN engines as the reliable, long-lasting and economic equipment.

1) PRP operation mode (for auxiliary diesel generators ADG) implies constant load, 10% overloads during 1 hour are allowed, but not longer than once in 12 hours.

2) LTP operation mode (for emergency diesel generators EDG) implies that operation time must not exceed 500 operation hours in a year, constant operation not longer than 300 hours at 100% load, overloads are not allowed. Engines provide emergency power supply for example during power supply failures of main feed power.

3) Electrical power of a typical generator with efficiency 92%-96% and cos(φ)=0,8. Engines are supplied with generators for assembly. Also installation as a gear for compressors and pumps is possible.
