Power unit scope of supply

2. Single-bearing generator Leroy Somer (France)
3. Welded steel frame with antivibration mounts
4. Lubrication system with water-oil radiator and filter
5. Fuel system with fuel filters, microprocess throttle control unit and gas metering device
6. Heat recovery system installed on one frame with gas power unit
7. Inlet system with air filter
8. Exhaust system with silencer and expansion joint

Control system

Control system is based on microprocess controller that provides parallel operation of cogeneration plant in auto mode. It consists of operator’s display with software and cable 25 m. The system carries out parallel operation of units with automatic load distribution by ensuring the following:

1. Independent automatic mode
2. Parameter control function of cogeneration plant
3. Emergency alarm
4. Operation visualization
5. Operator’s software
6. Close monitoring
7. Function of parallel operation with circuit
8. Parallel operation mode of typical plants

Specified life limit till overhaul is 50 000 (60 000 for non-turbine) operating hours if technical maintenance and operation instructions are observed. After 50 000 (60 000 for non-turbine) operating hours it is necessary to carry out major overhaul of the engine and replace such items as crank bearings, pistons, rings, sleeves or replace entire diesel engine.
